This 39-year-old woman (5 feet 2 inches, 130 pounds) wanted to address concerns with her breast size, abdominal fullness, and a contracted C-section scar following her pregnancies. She underwent a 'Mommy Makeover,' which included a complete tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) with muscle repair and breast augmentation. The breast augmentation was performed using Mentor Smooth, Round 300cc Moderate Plus profile Memory Gel implants, placed in a sub-muscular position through an incision in the inferior breast crease. Her breast size increased from a B cup to a C cup. The after photos, taken four months post-procedure, highlight her transformation. She was very pleased with her final results.
Tummy Tuck Patient 124
This case features a 39-year-old woman (5'8", 172 pounds) who was dissatisfied with the appearance of her abdomen after multiple pregnancies and also had an umbilical hernia. She underwent a complete tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), which included muscle separation repair, umbilical hernia repair, and excess skin removal. Additionally, she had a minor scar revision performed under local anesthesia. She was extremely pleased with her final results. The after photos, taken 18 months after her initial procedure, highlight her transformation.
Tummy Tuck (Extended) Patient 150
This is a 58-year-old woman (5'3", 172 pounds) who was unhappy with the appearance of her abdomen after several pregnancies and a 70-pound weight loss following a gastric sleeve procedure. She underwent a successful panniculectomy (excess skin removal) combined with an extended tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) with diastasis recti (muscle) repair and liposuction to enhance contour. After the procedure, she was thrilled with the improved appearance of her abdomen and was able to resume her regular exercise routine following recovery. The photos, taken six months post-procedure, highlight the transformative results of her post-weight-loss tummy tuck.
