Breast Lift (with Augmentation) Patient 163
This 69-year-old woman (5'7", 117 pounds) presented with internal scar contraction around her breast implants and a ruptured implant in her left breast. She underwent a comprehensive breast augmentation procedure, which included the removal of the scar tissue, replacement of her implants, and a breast lift (mastopexy) using an anchor-style incision. The new implants used were 325cc Mentor Memory Gel implants, placed in the sub glandular position through the inframammary incision. This procedure enhanced her cup size from a C to a D. The patient was extremely satisfied with the final results, achieving a rejuvenated and natural appearance. These photos were taken ten months following her breast augmentation and breast lift procedure.
Breast Reduction Patient 27
This is a 33-year-old woman (5'7", 195 pounds) who experienced back and shoulder discomfort, as well as skin irritation, which were associated with her large breasts (38DD bra). She underwent a bilateral breast reduction with nipple repositioning, during which 698 grams (1.53 pounds) were removed from her right breast and 632 grams (1.39 pounds) from her left breast. The after photos, taken 10 months post-procedure, highlight her transformation.
Breast Augmentation Patient 30
This patient is a 35 year old woman, with (5′ 4″, 135 pounds) who experienced 2 previous pregnancies and wanted fuller, larger breasts but with a natural look. She underwent a Breast Augmentation using a 400 cc Memory Gel implant that corrected the loss of volume, and mild asymmetry with proper placement. She went from a 36 A cup bra size to a 36 C cup bra size. Her after photos were taken 12 months following her breast augmentation surgery.
